Ok, ladies and gentlemen (and hopefully more and more ladies as this forum progresses because women can be just as good at parkour as men! Sorry, the feminist in me Smile )
It's time to talk about Strength Training, because it is essential.

I live in a small town, blah blah blah. Anyway, we have one gym, but it's too far away for me to go to. This poses a problem: How do you do strength training without a gym, and little equipment?
You get very inventive. And this can give you some ideas: http://www.pkto.ca/webboard/viewtopic.php?t=484

Here's something I'm working towards at the moment, which I can almost do:
The handstand push up

Anyone have any ideas?
